My name is Karl Luhmann, and I am a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Kappel Gateway. Prior to my career in real estate, I worked in law enforcement for seven years, where I developed a strong foundation rooted in integrity, discipline, negotiation, and results driven performance.

I chose a career in real estate because I genuinely enjoy helping people navigate major life decisions. My strengths include strategic pricing, strong negotiation skills, clear communication, and proactive problem solving. I approach every transaction with a sales mindset focused on maximizing value, minimizing risk, and protecting my clients’ best interests, whether buying, selling, or investing.
